As the Branch Manager with Novus Mortgage in Boca Raton, Ron understands what it takes to help run a successful mortgage company. He believes very strongly in a culture of accountability where every team member is responsible for constant improvement and growth — and he’s committed to helping foster that growth. He has a deep knowledge and understanding of VA/FHA loans, Non-QM, and Reverse Mortgages.

Ron was born in Freehold, New Jersey, but Boca Raton has been his home for nearly 20 years. He has a strong dedication to giving back to the community. Specifically, he works with the local Surfers for Autism every year in Deerfield Beach, he has been an active participant and supporter of March of Dimes since the mid '90s, and has done work with Make a Wish.

Apart from his mortgage career, he takes the most pride in his role as father to his 2 boys (ages 2 and 4). They love bike riding, climbing on anything they can find, water parks, slides, puppies, and baseball. Ron’s other interests include cars, engines, botany, beach going, reading, and yoga/exercise.
